Delivery:

We are a UK based retailer which means there are no hidden fees for customers in the UK excluding Northern Ireland. Currently, Agyo only ship to England, Wales, and Scotland.

Free delivery is offered to the mainland of Great Britain for orders over £39.

We aim to ship all orders placed before 16:00 the next working day.
Once the order has been shipped you will recieve an estimated delivery date.

Royal Mail are our preferred courier although other couriers maybe used.

Returns:
Agyo ltd accept returns in accordance with UK law.

If goods have been misdescribed, arrived faulty, or damaged, the consumer is within their right to request a refund. To help resolve these issues please use our contact page to report a problem and include your order number. Agyo ltd hold the right to request evidence to support a claim. Once a claim has been agreed between Agyo ltd and the consumer, we will try to replace your item in the first instance, if this is not possible we will issue a refund.

Cancellation rights:
The consumer has the right to cancel an order within 14 days of recieving the goods. The consumer has another 14 days to return the goods. The consumer is responsoble for paying the return postage of unwanted goods. Agyo ltd has 14 days from recieving the returned goods, to issue a refund.
